RoofScope is a professional roof-inspection tool used to capture, analyze, and report on the condition of building roofs.
Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure operated by our service providers (including cloud hosting, database, and file-storage providers) located in the United States. We use these providers solely to operate the Service, and they are bound to protect your information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with these service providers as needed to run the Service, or where required by law.
We retain your account and inspection data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see below).
You can request deletion of your RoofScope account and its associated data at any time. To do so, email developer@enkorp.tech from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account.”
Upon a verified request, we delete your account and the data associated with it — including your profile information, inspections, captured video and images, and generated reports. Some records may be retained for a short period where required to comply with legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations, and are then deleted. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on stored data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
The Service is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
